custom notecards
In making new cards, it's sometimes hard to know exactly what will work best ....what greeting to use. So, my latest sets of notecards are "U Pick the Greeting" designs. Patterns are all the same, but the greetings can change... anything from 'happy birthday' to 'congrats' to 'thinking of you'. Even sets specifically for weddings/engagement/anniversary!
And along that same line, monogram notecards too!

an animal of a different kind
How about something a little different ...I actually scrapped some pages & did a whole album (minus all the pictures). I found these adorable stickers & thought a fun little album for zoo pictures was in order. I tend to migrate more towards smaller albums theme or event oriented. Fun to make & I can complete the entire thing in a reasonable amount of time.
Since I couldn't find the the perfect album, I made the covers myself from chipboard & decopaged for durability.
Here you go ...just remember, not all the pgs have pics yet.

Scallops are a good thing ....and I'm not talking seafood!
Not a big lover of seafood, but I've become obsessed with scallops ....paper scallops. You may have noticed some on the paper strips of the birthday cards from last post. Now I have some more!
I finally have time to play with my new Klik-N-Kut and I've been cutting scalloped circles and squares by the hundreds! If you ever want to try them, I can whip them out pretty quick :)
So here are a few cards ...

Make a Wish
It's always someone's birthday ...right?!
I'm a simple girl at heart, so I LOVE how these turned out. Just a strip of doodlebug paper frills (LOVE THESE ...just ordered 3 pkgs in every color, LOL!) and these kool I-Kandee market tags. Remember the old plastic bread ties? the I-Kandee market tags are along the same lines ...very cool!
